Lead financial planning and analysis for Reddit’s Engineering technology organization. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Engineering leadership to provide financial modeling assistance for key decisions, prioritizing resources and investments for ROI; reconcile issues with long-term forecasts
•Influence business leadership with industry insights and strong business acumen to drive results and improve processes across teams
•Own financial forecasts, annual operating plan, budget tracking, and long-range plan; communicate targets quarterly/annually; report risks and opportunities; provide actionable insights (ROI, contractor spend optimization, capex management)
•Track and report KPIs for Cloud Hosting agreements; optimize costs by balancing workloads across dual cloud environments; lead strategic projects with program management and engineering leaders
•Oversee production of complex financial models and presentations for recommendations; develop and communicate strategic input for business decisions
•Develops and implements strategies to attract and retain a highly skilled workforce; diagnose capability gaps; recruit, select, and develop talent

Salary: USD 245,800 - 344,100 annually
