Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate live haul trucks safely and efficiently.
  • •Conduct equipment inspections and report issues to the Supervisor.
  • •Operate trucks to maintain product quality and integrity.
  • •Communicate with associates, maintenance staff, growers, and supervisors about farm conditions and relevant information.
  • •Pick up each flock as directed, follow housekeeping schedules, use required PPE, and maintain clean work areas.

Key Requirements

  • •12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the previous 36 months.
  • •Not eligible if there has been a positive test for drugs or alcohol in the previous 5 years.

  • •Appropriate skill to drive a truck safely and working knowledge of driving and traffic rules.
  • •Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and operate a manual CMV.
