Job Summary

Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for enterprise data privacy and data protection programs within the Enterprise Data Governance team. Lead the Privacy Rights Management (PRM) program, translate governance policies into actionable engineering requirements, and operationalize privacy lifecycles including DSAR handling. Define scalable governance frameworks (1LOD), oversee control validation metrics, and collaborate with engineering, CIO stakeholders, Legal, and Privacy Compliance to deliver secure, compliant data controls across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for complex, multi-platform data privacy and data protection initiatives, driving the Privacy Rights Management (PRM) program.
•Partner with engineering and platform teams to convert data governance and privacy policies into technical execution, including authoring PRDs and defining functional data controls.
•Operationalize privacy lifecycles from intake through fulfillment, including automated tools, DSAR management, and governance SOPs for regulatory change management and control validation.
•Operationalize the First Line of Defense (1LOD) ownership model to ensure compliance with evolving U.S. state, international, and SMB privacy obligations.
•Manage governance standards for affiliate and non-affiliate data sharing and establish governance frameworks for metadata, data lineage, data retention, and data quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 156,800 - 269,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher with practical experience in a technical field.
•9+ years of experience in technical (software, data, engineering) program or Product management.
•Proven track record driving results across large-scale, enterprise-level programs via cross-functional collaboration.
•Deep expertise scaling data governance, data privacy, or security risk programs in highly regulated environments (FinTech, Banking, or Enterprise SaaS).
•Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Postgres, CockroachDB) and technical understanding of data classification standards, API egress patterns, Python/SQL, and Airflow; experience with AI-driven workflows/LLM applications is preferred.
