Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in establishing overall project success criteria, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
  • •Assist in planning the on-going management of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
  • •Help establish effective project governance, processes and systems for use throughout the project.
  • •Monitor and document project progress and other performance indicators; track and document changes.
  • •Prepare written project communication materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent in Construction Management or a related field.
  • •Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent qualification (desirable).
  • •Minimum of 2 years project management experience, preferably in the construction environment described.
  • •Some understanding of the project life cycle and knowledge of main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with right to work in Ireland.
