Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure quality production according to established schedules, procedures, and processes while directly managing a rotating 12-hour shift.
  • •Promote and use Zero Harm tools, lead shift safety/MDI meetings, and serve as Incident Commander for emergency response.
  • •Follow safe work procedures for permits and high-risk activities (line breaks, vessel entry, hot work, work at heights, and LTT).
  • •Enter work orders in EMAINT systems, resolve product/production issues in coordination with engineering, and handle assigned incidents.
  • •Maintain recordkeeping in ERP systems, generate shift reports, complete critical items lists, and conduct shift-to-shift training and handoffs.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate of Science (AS) degree in Process Technology with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •Previous chemical experience with a continuing progression in responsibility.
  • •Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.
  • •Ability to work safely with chemicals, including wearing a respirator for extended periods and entering vessels for cleaning.
  • •Ability to lift 35 lbs and climb ladders and stairs regularly.
