Shift Supervisor

Lead a rotating 12-hour shift for the Advanced Materials division, ensuring safe, environmentally responsible, and efficient production. Direct and develop a team of chemical operators (including a lead), drive safety practices such as Zero Harm and incident response, and handle problem-solving through work orders, production troubleshooting, and coordination with engineering and HR. Maintain production recordkeeping via EMAINT and ERP systems and provide clear shift-to-shift communication and training.
