Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement comprehensive exploration and mining strategies and programs aligned with company objectives.
•Identify high-potential target areas through analysis of geological, geophysical, and geochemical data using remote sensing, airborne surveys, and ground-based investigations.
•Conduct metallurgical testing and analysis to determine ore characteristics and inform extraction methods.
•Interpret geological data (mapping, logging, sampling) to provide insights on mining method selection, reserve estimation, and resource optimization.
•Plan and execute drilling campaigns and utilize GIS and modeling software to support exploration decisions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Geology or Geological Engineering; MSc in geoscience or engineering preferred.
•Registered professional in an international accreditation institution (PGeo, RPGeo) highly preferred.
•15 years of experience, with 5-10 years in mineral exploration or related roles; more/less considered based on quality of experience.
•Field experience required and ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
•Proficiency in geological mapping, modeling software, and exploration data analysis tools; ability to work in remote locations and adhere to safety/environmental regulations.
