•Administer, track, and evaluate all new hire floor training (hours per week, qualification status, attendance, turnover, relationships with mentors)
•Supervise and demonstrate hands-on training for new hires on the production floor and communicate training needs to management/HR
•Build positive working relationships with new hires, peers, leaders, and clients; participate in HR/company committees; review production processes and product specifications with supervisors and coordinators

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree or two years of college coursework in Communications, HR, or related field preferred but not required
•Bilingual is required
•Experience with training coordination or onboarding is preferred
•Highly motivated, positive, and people-focused with strong interpersonal skills
•Ability to manage training metrics (hours, attendance, qualification status, turnover) and work on production floor 90% of the time
