•Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
•Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
•Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs and provide vehicle features, specifications, and pricing information.
•Assist with daily studio operations, including opening/closing checklists and directing guests to the appropriate next steps.
•Ensure test drives and show vehicles are clean, charged, and ready for guests.
