Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day activities and ensure associates meet standards for safety, quality, and productivity in line with SOPs.
  • •Plan and coordinate shift activities within the fulfillment center to meet DC procedures and outbound efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
  • •Ensure shift personnel training, skill development, and assessments per company guidelines.
  • •Monitor production and personnel statistics and reporting to support department operations.
  • •Participate in recruiting, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective actions and performance improvement plans as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field, or 2 years of demonstrated managerial experience leading teams.
  • •Prior experience in warehousing, 3PL, distribution, or manufacturing preferred.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to coach, mentor, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
