Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic and ongoing delivery of payments products for the region, including implementation strategy and prioritization.
  • •Provide SME support to internal and external partners to deliver against regional strategy and communicate progress.
  • •Manage relationships with DFS partners to ensure effective product delivery processes.
  • •Set regional incentive priorities and track progress to incentive goals.
  • •Develop and coach teams to identify, manage, and escalate risk; represent DFS at industry and client events.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or Management.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in cards payment business.
  • •Experience preferably in product management & consulting, network/card operations, or network/card technology.
  • •Product Management & Consulting and/or Client Management in the card payments industry (preferred).
  • •Experience across Asia Pacific Region in a business-to-business setting (preferred).
