Field Service Supervisor

Lead and coordinate a team of field service technicians to deliver timely, effective customer service. You’ll manage daily operations by scheduling and dispatching technicians, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency. Provide technical guidance for complex issues, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery, and maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
