Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform HMI quality validation for IVI systems by comparing implemented UI against UX guidelines and screen specifications.
  • •Design and execute test cases covering visual accuracy, interaction responsiveness, multilingual/localization behavior, and driving-related UI transitions.
  • •Set up and configure IVI test environments, including displays/touch devices and vehicle-signal simulation with validation tools.
  • •Report defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence (screenshots/videos/logs) and verify fixes.
  • •Maintain traceability between requirements and test cases, communicate results to HQ, and automate UI interactions/validation (adb, Appium/UI Automator, screenshot comparison, OCR) integrated into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of QA experience in functional testing of GUI applications in Android or embedded environments, validation of display/touch devices, and/or similar areas.
  • •Ability to develop test cases based on screen and system requirements and specifications.
  • •Ability to document UI defects with clear, reproducible steps and supporting evidence such as screenshots, videos, and logs.
  • •Strong attention to detail and consistent application of evaluation criteria during repetitive validation.
  • •Basic English communication skills for day-to-day QA work (written and verbal).
