  • •Keep the team informed and demonstrate appropriate follow-up.
  • •Follow the plant escalation process and maintain personal accountability.
  • •Know and understand specifications and schedules, including required quality checks.
  • •Set up machines within the area of responsibility and complete setups in a reasonable amount of time.
  • •Utilize ALERE ERP for production entry and scrap & lumber management, and SAGE MRP for inventory, production tickets, and specs, including end-of-shift reporting.
