Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end technical design of a domain, ensuring sub-domains and systems form a coherent ecosystem.
•Translate business ambition and product vision into practical, scalable, AI-native end-to-end solutions.
•Guide key architectural decisions, negotiate trade-offs, and oversee execution to strengthen product vision.
•Bring architecture into product planning early by acting as a co-designer from the start.
•Develop and evolve AI-native development practices across the organization, including how tools integrate into CI/CD, testing, and production readiness.

Key Requirements

•15+ years building software products at scale, including at least 3 years as a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or Architect across complex domains.
•Expert fluency in at least two programming languages including Python and NodeJS.
•Hands-on experience with agentic AI in production, including agent orchestration, LLM tool use, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and multi-agent pipeline architecture.
•Experience defining and governing AI-assisted development practices, including integration into CI/CD, code review, test automation, and production readiness standards.
•Experience with cloud native ecosystems (AWS/Azure), including deployment infrastructure, observability, security, and resilience paradigms.
