Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and motivate a team to achieve capital projects on time and budget while meeting specification and deliverables
  • •Control aspects of the overall capital plan, financial plan, and factory planning; ensure completed commitments are delivered
  • •Ensure internal controls for capital projects are followed, including Capex, procurement, post-investment reviews, and asset register tagging/removals
  • •Manage the capital investment process from conception to delivery, ensuring auditable benefits and delivery outcomes
  • •Develop project forecasts and financial planning with engineers and manage team performance, including sickness/absence management and regular reviews
