Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex, cross-domain analysis by scoping the largest and most strategically significant initiatives, including approach, dependencies, and BA capacity.
  • •Coordinate Domain BAs during design and implementation to keep analysis coherent and resolve cross-domain conflicts.
  • •Own requirements coherence across domain boundaries by preventing contradictory or overlapping requirements.
  • •Lead requirements elicitation, facilitation, and feasibility/options analysis for high-ambiguity or senior-stakeholder initiatives, presenting recommendations to governance forums.
  • •Build business architecture capability by ensuring BA artefacts feed the architecture and providing quality oversight through standards, peer review, and coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-level education, or professional experience equivalent to a degree.
  • •Business analysis certification (e.g. BCS/ISEB, IIBA CBAP) is desirable but not essential.
  • •Substantial track record of business analysis in complex, multi-domain organisations, with publishing/content/platform experience as an advantage.
  • •Experience scoping and leading large, complex or cross-domain analysis initiatives end-to-end, including coordinating multiple BAs through design and implementation.
  • •Experience setting BA standards and methodology in a federated/distributed environment, working with enterprise/business architects, and engaging senior stakeholders.
