Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic, practical legal advice to UOP business leaders and functional teams.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (e.g., technology licensing, engineering/services, confidentiality, collaboration).
  • •Partner with sales, finance, engineering, and other functions on commercial strategy, contract interpretation, claims/disputes, and risk allocation.
  • •Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company’s interests and mitigate commercial and operational risks.
  • •Support compliance matters, investigations, training, and remediation, and manage selected disputes and outside counsel as needed.
