•Define and scale quality standards across the Product & Engineering organization, partnering with engineering leadership to drive adoption of modern quality practices.
•Pair with engineering teams on active tasks to deliver fast with predictable quality, and establish self-sustaining quality mechanisms.
•Champion self-service quality tools and guardrails, integrating them into daily operations to ensure quality at scale.
•Package best practices and insights into robust, self-service quality tools and frameworks that embed guardrails into everyday work.
•Analyze quality indicator metrics, handle ad-hoc analytical requests, and translate complex data into actionable insights.

•Comfort working autonomously in a small team and proactively driving initiatives to completion.
•Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks to pair effectively (TypeScript, Playwright, GitHub Actions, SQL databases).
•Strong familiarity with using LLMs to accelerate development workflows and coach others on safe, efficient AI use.
