Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Engineering, or Developer Experience (DevEx), leading cross-team initiatives and process improvements.
  • •Proven ability to build strong relationships with Engineering Managers and influence the product organization.
  • •Comfort working autonomously in a small team and proactively driving initiatives to completion.
  • •Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks to pair effectively (TypeScript, Playwright, GitHub Actions, SQL databases).
  • •Strong familiarity with using LLMs to accelerate development workflows and coach others on safe, efficient AI use.
