Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute test methods and perform chemical analysis to support PCB production lines.
  • •Partner with engineers to develop and document test procedures and recommend lab process improvements.
  • •Provide feedback on failure modes and support root-cause analysis for yield limiters.
  • •Perform start-up/shutdown, preventive maintenance, calibration, and first-level troubleshooting of lab equipment.
  • •Ensure safety with hazardous chemicals, including equipment cleaning, inventory tracking, waste segregation/transport, and maintaining 5S standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certification, plus 1+ years hands-on chemical testing OR an Associate's degree.
  • •Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a STEM field.
  • •Experience in a wet chemistry lab performing titrations, photometry, atomic absorption spectroscopy, or similar tests.
  • •Experience performing electrochemical analyses (e.g., CVS) and familiarity with PCB fabrication quality analyses.
  • •Must be open to work all shifts, overtime and/or weekends as needed and be able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.
