Key Responsibilities

  • •Commission, program, and set up graphics for HVAC building controls projects, including communications link setup, end-to-end testing, and troubleshooting.
  • •Service, repair, and maintain products and equipment on assigned customer projects to ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and fixing equipment and systems.
  • •Document point-to-point verification, validate sequences of operations, and complete job close-out requirements.
  • •Coordinate with team leaders and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets; support overtime/weekend work as needed, including occasional overnight stays.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates or Bachelors degree in HVAC or controls, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a laptop and handheld computers (e.g., iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI, hit-and-run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
  • •Ability to meet safety and physical requirements, including wearing required PPE and performing physically demanding tasks (e.g., climbing ladders, lifting/moving up to specified weights).
  • •Ability to safely and legally operate a vehicle using a seat belt and to access areas/rooftops as required by the role.
