Controls Technician

Commission and program HVAC building controls systems on customer sites, including graphics setup, communications link configuration, end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and service/repairs. Document point-to-point verification, validate sequences of operations, and complete job close-out requirements. Serve as the direct customer contact, coordinating with team leaders and customers to forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site installation and repairs while enforcing safety and asset accountability.
