  • •Oversee operations for all programs at the place of work, including coordination with others for larger facilities.
  • •Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of programs supporting employee professional development and continuous learning.
  • •Direct long-term and short-term strategic planning, budget development, and operating policy execution aligned with company objectives.
  • •Oversee construction operations including operational phases, contractor schedules, contract negotiation, and cost estimation.
  • •Lead the operations team, ensure compliance with local rules, support risk management/legal documentation, and implement HSE initiatives including safety awareness and incident resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes to ensure quality and compliance.
  • •Strong planning and scheduling skills to oversee construction projects and ensure timely, efficient completion.
  • •Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to maintain profitability.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
