Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead sales on the floor and deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ V.I.B.E.S service model. Assist across store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Manage day-to-day team activities in your assigned area by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and following up while meeting personal and team sales goals. Support key-holder duties like opening/closing, cash handling, and asset protection.
