Key Responsibilities

•Animate the different stages of the management cycle (monthly reporting, revisions, budget and strategic plan)
•Review subsidiary monthly reports with the accounting and payroll service centers and ensure business-plan and forecast reviews
•Monitor and analyze budget variances, forecast vs actuals and profitability across the pole
•Follow contracts with Ile-de-France Mobilité and manage associated risks
•Prepare comments and analyses for senior management and deliver the annual financial report to the contracting authority

Key Requirements

•Formation from a business school or university with 10-15 years of experience in similar roles
•Strong synthesis, rigor, autonomy, adaptability and comfort with numbers; ability to work cross-functionally with senior management
•Excellent Excel skills and a strong aptitude for IT tools
•Field experience and commercial/contract management understanding; proven ability to act as a financial business partner
•Proactive, able to communicate with all levels from workshop to management committee (CODIR)
