Job Summary

Own product strategy and roadmap for communications infrastructure solutions, driving profitable growth across the portfolio. Translate customer needs and competitive insights into actionable product plans, requirements, and launch activities. Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle from concept to commercialization, manage pricing and positioning, and rationalize products within brands while building market awareness. Serve as a subject matter expert and represent the company with customer visits.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop product roadmaps, new product development plans, and commercial/marketing strategy for the communications market.
•Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, product launch plans, and prototypes; scope and prioritize projects based on business and customer impact.
•Lead product teams through the lifecycle from concept to commercialization and manage products within brands.
•Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to improve time-to-market and ensure efficient use of resources.
•Support pricing, positioning, go-to-market strategy, and marketing literature; gather and analyze market sales and costing data and recommend pricing/cost-take-out actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
•3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Engineering, Technical Sales, Marketing, or a related commercial role.
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
