Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers0 doors using custom car haulers and follow safe driving practices.
  • •Frequently load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles remain safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana0s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Work scheduled hours (11am5pm) and rotate days off between weekdays and weekends as required.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading vehicles and detailed vehicle work, in indoor/outdoor conditions with possible extreme weather exposure.
  • •Read, write, speak, and understand English; maintain physical abilities for extended activity (8+ hours) and handling up to 50 lbs.
  • •Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity, with the ability to comply with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Must have (or be able to obtain) a Notary within the first 90 days; plus state-specific licensing requirements (e.g., Chauffeur’s license in certain states, Vehicle Verifier in California).
