Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out reactive and pre-planned repairs to required standards and ensure SLA deadlines are met.
  • •Purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers.
  • •Maintain Health & Safety of yourself and users of the property during and after works.
  • •Work with a team when required and manage your own workflow to meet operational needs.
  • •Be available for out-of-hours on-call duties on a rota basis to provide 24/7 emergency cover.
