Support employees and managers with HR inquiries as part of Zurich’s central HR Advisory Team. Handle requests via HR portal, chat, email, and phone, find solutions or coordinate with HR specialists, and ensure timely, accurate execution of HR processes. Maintain relevant data in SAP and SuccessFactors, take ownership of defined HR topics, and contribute to HR projects and service improvements. Work in a team of 10 across multiple channels and four languages.
