Oversee and review commercial loan documentation for lending teams, ensuring loan documents are created accurately and delivered on time. Collaborate with document preparation, pre-close review, loan funding, and onboarding teams within the franchise. Apply detailed collateral perfection knowledge for real estate, commercial, and industrial lending while maintaining daily workflow to meet service level commitments and stay current on policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure loan documents are created accurately by internal teams and approved attorneys in a timely manner.
•Apply detailed collateral perfection knowledge for real estate, commercial, and industrial lending.
•Maintain daily workflow to meet service level commitments.
•Stay current on departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations and relevant regulatory/market developments.
•Collaborate with lending staff in banking centers and perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (or equivalent education and banking experience).
•Minimum 3-5 years of commercial lending, title company/escrow, or loan servicing experience.
•Strong understanding of loan documents and real estate, commercial, and industrial lending.
•Experience handling complex commercial transactions/structures, including evaluating and preparing loan documents.
•Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and collaboratively with speed, accuracy, and strong organization.
