Commercial Relationship Service Specialist Sr.

Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse Commercial portfolio, working with Relationship Managers to deliver best-in-class onboarding, retention, and relationship deepening. Act as a first-line decision maker to resolve complex issues and mitigate customer impact, providing oversight of commercial deposits and loan accounts end-to-end. Manage highly visible, sensitive customers, approve multi-million-dollar transactions, represent Huntington’s Commercial brand, and provide day-to-day guidance to service colleagues while leading initiatives and projects.
