Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with clients and collaborate with internal teams to define strategies, transformational solution designs, and architectural visions for complex solutions.
  • •Contribute to development of complex UCC solution architectures across business, infrastructure, or functional areas.
  • •Design and present multi-vendor solutions, evaluating alternative architectures and trade-offs across cost, performance, and scalability.
  • •Prepare and contribute to customer proposals, including effort estimation, costing, pricing input, and commercially viable solution descriptions with sales and delivery teams.
  • •Support change programs by preparing technical plans aligned to enterprise and solution architecture standards; monitor emerging technologies and share reports, roadmaps, and insights while coaching junior solution architects.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of professional technical experience in Workplace and UCC solutions, including architecture and solution design for multi-vendor environments.
  • •Experience presenting and demonstrating solutions to clients in large-scale, preferably multinational, client environments.
  • •Experience with proposal creation, solution costing, and commercial input for bids or client offers in pre-sales or solution architecture roles.
  • •Proven consulting and client engagement experience, including client needs assessment and change management.
  • •Knowledge of multi-vendor UCC solutions and related configuration/quoting tools from Alcatel-Lucent, Microsoft, AudioCodes, or similar providers.
