Key Responsibilities

•Lead the IT strategy and execution for quote-to-cash transformation initiatives across BA, with significant focus on HBS
•Drive deployment and optimization of enterprise platforms including SAP CPQ, Salesforce (CRM and Field Service Lightning), SAP ERP, and ERP/e-commerce integrations
•Partner with Finance, Operations, and corporate IT teams to define priorities and deliver solutions
•Implement AI business transformation initiatives that delivers impactful business outcome
•Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions while leading change management and adoption efforts

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in enterprise IT with leadership responsibility
•Experience leading large-scale transformation programs
•Expertise across SAP CPQ, Salesforce, SAP ERP, and integrations
•Expertise in AI LLM models, implemented in quote to cash life cycle
•Experience driving quote-to-cash or similar business process digitization
