Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead day-to-day activities on the sales floor while delivering outstanding customer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model. Partner with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals through effective selling and consumer engagement. Support store readiness with key-holder duties including opening/closing, cash handling, store recovery standards, and asset protection. Assist across store departments including POS, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations.
