•Prepare for high-priority customer and partner meetings with briefings, internal input coordination, and follow-up accountability

•Monitor customer/partner announcements, market developments, and industry signals to identify re-engagement opportunities and surface insights for executive outreach

•Proficiency with Salesforce and Tableau for data tracking, plus interest in software/AI technology and using Generative AI tools for market research and executive briefings
