You’ll allocate job cards, run quality checks to minimize rework, monitor technician competency, and manage workshop tools/equipment. Own operational performance by reviewing parts pre-order forms, monitoring warranty jobs, tracking workshop figures, and coordinating with Service Advisors. Support 24x7 service readiness, including emergency breakdown assistance, while maintaining safety and contractual efficiency targets.
