Job Summary

Independently design, develop, test, and maintain complex Pega applications and related interfaces. Own production support with 24x7 on-call, perform end-to-end incident triage, and lead production triage calls with cross-functional stakeholders. Build monitoring, alerting, and incident response mechanisms using Dynatrace and Splunk, support security monitoring, and contribute to Pega platform upgrades. Develop automated unit testing and support release testing in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide production support for Pega applications, including complex problem research, resolution, and 24x7 on-call support.
•Perform end-to-end production issue triage, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely incident resolution.
•Lead and participate in production triage calls with stakeholders to drive quick resolution.
•Develop, test, implement, maintain, and support highly complex solutions, including robust unit testing and release testing support.
•Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response mechanisms using tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk; support Pega upgrades and production stabilization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/training).
•In-depth knowledge of information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices.
•Strong production support experience, including incident management, triaging, and root cause analysis.
•Proven ability to lead production triage calls and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
•Highly preferred: 3+ years hands-on experience with Pega, including exposure to production support and Pega upgrades.
