•Supervise activities and ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
•Manage crews, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support to workers.
•Monitor progress and productivity on the site, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
•Enforce safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety among crew members to prevent accidents and injuries.
•Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction, with 3 years in a similar role; GCC experience is a plus
•Understanding of construction methods, techniques and materials to oversee activities and ensure compliance
•Ability to lead and motivate construction crews, delegate tasks, and provide clear direction to achieve project objectives
•Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures to create a safe work environment and prevent incidents
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is a requirement to be successful in this role
