  • •Partner with senior Engineering leaders to build high-performing, resilient, and scalable technical organizations
  • •Advise on talent strategy alignment with velocity, quality, and long-term technical capability
  • •Leverage HCM systems and people analytics to drive insights and decision-making
  • •Operate within a global People function that includes COEs and Shared Services
  • •Develop and maintain understanding of technical talent markets, job architecture, and leveling for engineering roles

Key Requirements
