Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary point of contact for OD, performance management and total rewards within the COE and collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to design and implement integrated HR solutions.
•Ensure all HR programs are compliant with statutory requirements across countries and aligned with global policies.
•Analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and publish quarterly dashboards to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
•Coordinate with regional and geo teams to implement initiatives, programmes, and deliverables.
•Support best-practice research and communicate strategic directions to HR leadership and employees.

Key Requirements

•OD / Performance Management / Total Rewards experience in HR COE
•Ability to analyse, report and publish HR dashboards on a quarterly basis
•Coordinate with regional and geo teams to implement initiatives and deliverables
•Understand business/people strategy and design solutions to support it
•Adapt and implement global policies and processes across operations

Experience:4-7 yearsHR COEODPerformance ManagementTotal Rewards
