Key Responsibilities

  • •Research next-generation display technologies to support technical roadmap planning across driving circuits, optical structure design, key process/material/equipment, and cost structure.
  • •Work with the CTO office to position and drive technology readiness across different technologies.
  • •Collaborate with panel qualification engineers and partners to overcome critical issues during product development.
  • •Partner with WWP to run a display clean-sheet exercise for new technologies.
  • •Own complex product lines by shaping roadmaps from definition through release and sustainment while translating customer needs into delivery plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Master of Science and above in an engineering field (EE, Chemical, Material).
  • •10+ years hands-on experience in TFT circuit design, including LTPS, oxide, and LTPO.
  • •Experience in optical structure design, process design, and material evaluation.
  • •Experience defining equipment specifications and developing OLED and LCD.
  • •Preferred OLED experience rather than LCD.
