Deliver exceptional, friendly service at the checkout, greeting customers warmly and ensuring operational accuracy. Act as a brand ambassador for the Insider Program by promoting add-on sales and gift cards, while maintaining compliance for cash handling and related procedures. Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods, complete end-of-shift audits, keep the cashwrap organized, and help train and mentor cashiers to uphold Coach service standards.
