Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end program management across DSP’s platform/infra re-architecture, applied science/ML initiatives, and customer/commerce-facing launches.
  • •Coordinate cross-geo planning and execution across Bangalore, Beijing, and Lucknow, aligning roadmaps and resolving dependencies.
  • •Break down large initiatives (e.g., feature store migration, new bidding/commerce capabilities) into sequenced, resourced, trackable plans with engineering and science leadership.
  • •Run program governance including roadmaps, dependency maps, RAID logs, milestone tracking, and operating cadences (planning cycles, status reviews, exec updates).
  • •Identify and mitigate risks across cross-team technical efforts and represent DSP programs to central TPM/Group CTO leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •3-6 years of technical program management experience, ideally in ad-tech/real-time bidding or distributed low-latency systems.
  • •Run programs spanning both software engineering and applied science/ML teams with discipline-specific cadences and artifacts.
  • •Technical fluency with distributed systems (e.g., gRPC, streaming/Kafka, Kubernetes/GKE, service mesh) to engage engineering and science leaders.
  • •Understanding of the applied science/ML lifecycle (experimentation design, offline vs online metrics, feature engineering, evaluation, rollout/A-B testing).
  • •Ability to coordinate across geographies and time zones; strong executive communication and stakeholder management. Bachelor’s/Master’s in a technical field preferred.
