Job Summary

Support Product Development execution by maintaining accurate operational data and delivering KPI reporting and trackers. Validate data across systems and ensure consistency between source systems and reporting outputs. Work with the Governance & Operations team, Product Development teams, and platform partners to keep PO/PR/milestone/ECN records up to date and aligned with SOPs, while identifying data gaps, inconsistencies, and execution risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, maintain, and validate Product Development KPI reports and trackers, including updating dashboards and supporting regular reporting cycles.
•Validate data across systems and ensure consistency between source systems and reporting outputs, including responding to ad-hoc data requests.
•Maintain operational data across Product Development systems, including PO, PR, milestone, and ECN data, and document operational updates per defined processes.
•Follow established SOPs and governance standards to ensure data inputs and system updates comply with agreed ways of working.
•Proactively identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or execution risks and escalate them to the Specialist or Manager for resolution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
•1–3 years of experience in an analyst, coordinator, or operational support role.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to PLM or ERP systems is an advantage.
•Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
•Fluent in English (written and verbal); Mandarin fluency is a valuable plus.
