Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations for DevOps solutions.
•Assess current DevOps processes and tools, recommending improvements and best-fit solutions based on customer needs and constraints.
•Lead DevOps design sessions, architect solutions, and document best practices; develop and enforce DevOps frameworks and governance models.
•Drive selection and implementation of DevOps tools/technologies and provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects.
•Support pre-sales (discovery sessions, technical deep dives, PoC development) and ensure successful continuous delivery deployments across environments. Then travel to client sites as needed (estimated 50-75%).

Key Requirements

•10+ years CRM experience, including 8+ years building on the Salesforce platform.
•Expert knowledge of Salesforce product suite (Sales, Service, Experience/Industries (Vlocity), Data Cloud).
•Strong grasp of environment management, release management, version control, and deployment methodologies.
•Experience with Salesforce development lifecycle (Metadata API, SFDX/Salesforce CLI, Apex, SOQL, LWC) and release/deployment strategies (sandboxes, source-driven dev, change sets, unlocked/managed packages).
•Hands-on CI/CD and automation tool experience (e.g., Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI) plus CI/CD-related security and testing/monitoring tools.
