•Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, financial needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.

•Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives, credit standards, portfolio quality expectations, and responsible banking practices.

•Advanced business acumen, underwriting expertise, and product knowledge to deliver sophisticated small business solutions.
•Strong understanding of banking operations, sales, new business development, customer service, and community relations.
•Working knowledge of lending policies, credit structures, products/services, and regulatory requirements.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, plus NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance.
