Job Summary

Own accurate, timely Record to Report (RTR) activities to support period-end close, General Ledger integrity, balance sheet accuracy, and compliant financial reporting under US GAAP and statutory requirements. Prepare and review journal entries, validate reconciliations, analyze period-over-period variances, identify and mitigate process risks, and partner with audit teams for SOX deep-dive requests while coordinating with the RTR manager and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities per the close calendar.
•Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring compliance with operational instructions for outsourced postings.
•Ensure accuracy and completeness of RTR transactions by reviewing monthly reconciliations and maintaining service levels.
•Review period-over-period variances and support the monthly reporting package submission for assigned areas.
•Act as a key contact for internal/external audits, including SOX-related reviews and deep-dive requests, and coordinate alignment with statutory accounting.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in accounting.
•At least 2-4 years of experience in Record to Report (GL accounting) or public accounting, preferably in an international setting.

•Fluency in English (written and spoken).
•Proactive, meticulous, and reliable with a positive mindset and desire to learn.
