Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate design activities across civil, structural, MEP, architectural, and IT/ELV disciplines.
  • •Manage multidisciplinary design interfaces and ensure alignment of inputs/outputs across packages.
  • •Ensure design consistency across drawings, specifications, calculations, BOQs, and schedules; review and consolidate coordinated deliverables.
  • •Oversee quality, compliance, and design reviews/technical audits, including authority submission readiness for approvals and handover.
  • •Develop and monitor the design schedule/milestones, track progress, report to leadership, and manage clashes/risks (including BIM/3D clash detection).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or related field).
  • •10–15+ years of engineering/design experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years in a design coordination/management role.
  • •Experience on large-scale infrastructure or complex projects (airports, transportation, PPP, EPC, or megaprojects).
  • •Proven experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and working with international consultants and contractors.
