Own client relationship management and internally lead project management activities including fee setting, invoicing, and revenue projections, while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide international benefits consulting to senior global HR leaders on global employee benefits topics.
•Manage strategic and tactical client interactions and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams.
•Drive new business development by identifying and converting global benefits projects and cross-selling opportunities.
•Maintain client relationships with senior contacts while providing global benefits technical expertise.
•Serve as project management lead, including fee setting, invoice management, revenue projections, team optimization, and service escalations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8 to 12 years of international or non-US benefits experience in an HR consulting firm or professional services firm.
•Strong management ability and analytical ability.
•Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
•Functional knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products; a quantitative bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
