Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide international benefits consulting to senior global HR leaders on global employee benefits topics.
  • •Manage strategic and tactical client interactions and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams.
  • •Drive new business development by identifying and converting global benefits projects and cross-selling opportunities.
  • •Maintain client relationships with senior contacts while providing global benefits technical expertise.
  • •Serve as project management lead, including fee setting, invoice management, revenue projections, team optimization, and service escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •8 to 12 years of international or non-US benefits experience in an HR consulting firm or professional services firm.
  • •Strong management ability and analytical ability.
  • •Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
  • •Functional knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products; a quantitative bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
