Job Summary

Drive enterprise policy enablement by supporting the BPAC operating model and translating policy decisions into clear, actionable communications. Maintain centralized policy documentation, decision logs, and execution trackers, and coordinate across Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Operations. Develop audience-appropriate messaging, support change rollout and adoption through enablement materials and tools, and continuously improve communication and documentation based on stakeholder feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Support execution of the BPAC operating model and help ensure consistent documentation and communication of policy decisions.
•Maintain and update centralized policy documentation, decision logs, and execution trackers.
•Develop audience-appropriate messaging to explain policy changes, rationale, and required actions across leadership and frontline teams.
•Support policy rollout through communication and enablement materials, including tools and resources for teams’ daily workflows.
•Track policy rollout and adoption progress, identify gaps or friction points, and improve messaging, documentation, and processes over time.
