Key Responsibilities

  • •Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the assigned crew truck is properly stocked.
  • •Assemble solar modules, racking, mechanical/structural mounts, electrical equipment, and tools for installation.
  • •Apply weather sealing to roofing structures and associated building/support mechanisms.
  • •Assemble and install specified solar components and ensure job sites are clean and orderly.
  • •Lead crew through safe, effective installations; provide leadership and technical support, and assist with solar battery installations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous solar installation experience required; equivalent construction or military experience may be considered.
