Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach store profitability and efficiency while initiating, delegating, and providing feedback to the team.
  • •Lead inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink; investigate and root-cause accuracy issues with the General Manager.
  • •Execute key operational functions including shipment, receiving/processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Partner with Operations & Visual Managers to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates: recruit and develop talent, evaluate performance with company tools, and provide constant feedback.
